We’ve talked about La Levain before HERE for their unique flavors and crisp croissants. This humble stall in the Jalan Besar area has earned their following with their artisanal bakes and creative fusions.
It’s no surprise then that they’re back and making waves with their new rendition of the loaded croissant – the La LeBombz! Prices start at $6.20 each, and flavors include Passionfruit and Mango, Nutella, and their signature Bobochacha! If you’d prefer a savory option instead, they’ve also got La LeBombz available with Parma Ham and Cheese, as well as Truffle Cream Cheese.

Nuage Patisserie & Boulangerie –
Nuage may be a lesser known bakery among all the big chains in Singapore, but if you’re on the hunt for some creamy loaded croissants, this is one of the best spots to visit! Apart from the highly requested loaded croissants, they also specialize in delicate pastries such as their Peanut Butter Chocolate Escargot ($6), and Yuzu Matcha Tarts ($68).
Around here, their round croissants are known as Pom Poms! This is honestly pretty fitting, seeing as how a single bite makes you want to jump and cheer. Their Pom Poms are available in Chocolate, Raspberry Pistachio, and Matcha Azuki flavors, among others. Prices start at $6.50 each!

While they are commonly known for their pies and tarts, Windowsill Pies has also joined the scene with their own version of the popular rounded croissants – the Croons. Their new Croons are available in a selection of flavors including their classic Lemon Strawberry, as well as a local twist with Pandan Custard!
If you’re the type who enjoys snacking from the comfort of your home, then you’re in luck! Their Croons are available for order in boxes of 5 for $38.
