Their signature jelly cakes are available in a total of 9 flavors, from their Classic Original to Tangy Mango. If you’re planning for a party, you can also opt for a mix of different flavors, as well as custom cake shapes and designs. Their jelly cakes start from $4.30 per square.

Having recently relocated to their new store at Boat Quay, Kura Patisserie is back with their delectable selection of French-Japanese fusion tarts and bakes! Headed by a local baker duo Koo Jee and Rachel, this is one our favourite places to kick back and enjoy a sweet break on a lazy afternoon.

While their café also serves a selection of savory treats and dishes, their signature dishes are undeniably their tarts! Fan favourites include the La Vie En Rose Tart, Key Lime Tart, and the Strawberry Pink Guava Cheese.

Gokoku Japanese Bakery –

We’re spoiled for choice when it comes to Japanese-style bakes in Singapore, yet among the myriad of choices available, Gokoku has got to be one of our favourites! This Japanese bakery hails from Kobe, Japan, and boasts almost 60 years of experience when it comes to baked goods.

What really sets them apart if their use of brown rice and Japanese flour in their bakes, resulting in a uniquely soft and chewy texture in every bite. Be sure to try their signature Gokoku Shichifuku Pan ($2.40), as well as their Signature Red Bean Anpan ($2.60).
