Vegetarian restaurants have definitely come a long way in the past decade. No longer are they places with some sad, limp vegetables, and a couple of weird looking dumplings that you think taste like cardboard. Here are 4 spots with delicious, healthy vegetarian food with creative twists!

For starters, we recommend their signature Adda Nachos ($14), served with chargrilled cottage cheese and spiced salsa queso! Other fun dishes to look out for include the Prata Quesadillas ($18) and the vegetarian Bollywood Burger Sliders ($18), featuring a beetroot bun with spicy roasted mushrooms!
